Return / Exchange Policy Please be sure that you truly want something before you order it. There will be no restocking fee for items that are returned for replacement or exchanged within 14 days. If returning an item for refund, there will be a restocking fee of 25% or $15.00 whichever is greater. The customer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping cost. Custom fiberglass bumpers, widebodykits, side skirts and wheels are non returnable but, manufacturer warranty issues will be honored. Completely damaged part(s) must be refused upon delivery inspection and noted on delivery receipt. Failure to do so may void any shipping insurance claims. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless it is evidenced that the part (s) are defective, damaged by shipper, shipped out the wrong merchandise, or cannot provide replacement part(s). If the item is shipped free, the customer will be charged for original shipping costs for any items returned. To return part(s) send an email to cs@customblvd.com with order number, contact name, phone number, product received, valid reason for returning product, & pictures supporting the reason of return. The merchandise must be returned in new ready to sell condition. Including all installation instructions, hardware, and any original equipment supplied. We will supply a RMA# which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Any missing information or non-cooperation will delay the return process and void the return Product Warranty CustomBlvd.com is an authorized dealer for the brands it sells online and comes with any applicable warranty provided by the manufacturer. Satisfaction Guarantee Every retail item we sell at CustomBlvd.com comes with a 14 Day guarantee. If you not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some part(s) subject to return policy. Order Cancellation If you need to cancel an order contact us phone at 1-800-516-6022 (8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. Mon.-Fri. PST) and speak with a representative to confirm cancellation. If you order is cancelled before shipping but, your credit card was charged there is a 10% order processing fee. Once a product has been shipped be covered under our return/exchange policy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. Damaged Shipments If your shipment shows up with obvious damage, you can refuse it and the shipping company will return the products back to us. Some damages may be concealed and therefore it is necessary to inspect part(s) in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for the part(s) in good condition. Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and will require prep work for a proper fit. If parts are damaged severely refuse them and make a note on the paperwork so we know what it wrong with them. All part(s) are shipped out with shipping insurance and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. Partial Shipments In an effort to provide the fastest shipping times and service to our customers, CustomBlvd.com reserves the right to divide orders into separate shipments based on availability of part(s). The customer will not be liable for any additional shipping cost incurred by us if decision is made to split order for faster shipping times.
Order Status You can you view order status of your order by logging into your account and selecting the most recent order or get the most up to date information by emailing info@customblvd.com . We will respond back with the most recent information we have on your order status. Make sure to include name order was placed under, phone number, and order number if available. Items that are in stock usually take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Orders that are not in stock, on average take 2-4 weeks for delivery from day order was placed. If parts take longer for delivery we will notify the customer so a decision can be made on the part(s) ordered. Installation of Aftermarket car part(s) Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and will require prep work for proper fitment. Installation by a professional body shop is recommended. CustomBlvd.com is an authorized dealer for the part(s) we offer and any manufacturer warranty will apply if applicable. Pricing In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, CustomBlvd.com reserves the right to cancel incorrectly listed part(s) within the order. If this occurs the customer will be refunded back the cancelled amount due. Competition part(s) Disclaimer If you modify your vehicle with competition part(s), it may not meet federal, local, and state requirements for use on public roads. It is up to the customer to comply with all Federal, local, and state laws. Refused part(s) If you refuse the delivery of part(s), you will be required to pay the original shipping charges, return shipping cost, and a 25% restocking fee (30% of special orders). |
